We are based in Senaru Village, started climb and organizing trekker to Mount Rinjani since 2011 and help many trekkers to explore Rinjani mountain to enjoy one of the most amazing natural beauty in the world.

Overview

Mount Rinjani National Park is the one of the famous, beautiful and challenge adventure destination in the world, covers an area of 41,330 ha on the northern part of Lombok. Named after Indonesia’s second highest volcanic peak outside of West Papua, the peak of Mt Rinjani (3,726m) dominates the landscape. Within the crater is the spectacular Segara Anak lake and the still-active volcano Gunung Baru (2,363m).

Rinjani National Park

It is surrounded by a further 66,000 ha of Protection Forest and covers the four administrative district of West, East, north and Central Lombok. The park ecosystem is in the transitional zone between Asia and Australia (Wallace zone). Average rainfall is about 3,000 mm annually. Gunung Rinjani is rich in a variety of flora, fauna and vegetation types. On the south western side of the mountain is the most eastern extent of primary rainforest in Nusa Tenggara.

How to Get to Mount Rinjani?

There are flights from Bali, Jakarta, and Surabaya (some linking to Kuala Lumpur) and from Singapore to Lombok and from these and Bandung, Kupang and Ende to Bima.

  1. Garuda, Merpati, Air Asia , Malaysia Airlines and Lion Air all have regular flights to Lombok from Jakarta, Denpasar, Surabaya and Kuala Lumpur.
  2. Silk Air has regular flights direct from Singapore to Mataram.
  3. Merpati fly five times a day from Denpasar to Mataram as well Merpati offers regular services from Denpasar to Bima.
  4. Trans Nusa Air Service flying between Denpasar to Mataram every day, as well as connections to many other Indonesian destinations.
  5. Batavia Air is a new airline flying daily between Surabaya and Mataram every day and has connecting flights to many other Indonesia destinations.
